Abstract template

To obtain a standardized layout, we ask all authors to use the given LaTex- or Word style file below and follow the instructions in the templates, in particular, noting that the abstract must not exceed one page and that a second page is only allowed for figures:

The deadline for abstract submission is February, 20th 2025 (already extended).

Abstract and paper submission will be handled by a system through IOP: IOP

Step by step instructions for abstract submission:

1. Create an Account (only required for the presenting authors).

2. Select whether you prefer an ORAL or POSTER presentation under “Categorize your abstract”. If you are submitting your work to the workshop add the keyword “WORKSHOP” during the abstract submission.

3. Provide Title, and all information about the presenting author under “Provide the content of your abstract”. Presenting authors aged 35 or younger are eligible to participate in the Young Scientist Award.

4. Upload your abstract as PDF file under “More information”.

5. Add any co-authors under “Add any co-authors”.
