Fees and accommodation
iTi + Workshop (27-30 July)
The fee includes the symposium proceedings (published in IOP), coffee breaks, lunches and the social program (iTi welcome reception and conference banquet).
- Early registration iTi (until May 4th, 2025): 600 € / 500 € for Ph.D. students
- Late registration iTi (after May 4th, until July 27th): 700 € / 600 € for Ph.D. students
- On-site registration iTi: 750 € / 650 € for Ph.D. students
- Ph.D. Students (an official letter from the University must be provided)
- Accompanying person iTi (iTi welcome reception and conference banquet): 100 €
iTi only (28-30 July)

Workshop only (27 July)
The fee includes the workshop proceedings (published in IOP), coffee breaks and lunch.
- Early registration (until May 4th, 2025): 100 € / 75 € for Ph.D. students
- Late registration (after May 4th, until July 27th): 125 € / 100 € for Ph.D. students
- On-site registration: 175 € / 150 € for Ph.D. students
- Ph.D. Students (an official letter from the University must be provided)
Accommodation
During the registration procedure, it is possible to reserve a room in the “Centro Residenziale Universitario di Bertinoro”, where the conference takes place. The rooms are located in two historical buildings: the Former Seminary and the Fortress. All the rooms are provided with telephone, bathroom, TV and computer connection.
Rates
– single room: 52 € (bed and breakfast) per person, per day;
– double room: 42 € (bed and breakfast) per person, per day.
N.B.:
– CEUB HAS NO 24 HOURS FRONT DESK THEREFORE ACCOMODATION SHOULD BE PAID IN ADVANCE TOGETHER WITH THE REGISTRATION.
– if you choose a double room, please specify in the field note your roommate.
